Dear Together Lancashire,
We're talking about the economies of seaside towns on the Mark Forrest Show tonight – kicked off by the report for the Centre for Social Justice suggesting Blackpool is one of a series of seaside towns in a cycle of poverty.
We're holding a phone-in this evening asking "is living by the sea all it's cracked up to be?"
I'd like to talk to someone about what it's really like living in Blackpool – if the rather grim media picture is something you recognise as residents.
Would someone from the blog be interested in taking part?
It would involve a 5-minute one-on-one live phone chat with our presenter Mark at 7.15 this evening – or a pre-record between 16.45 and 18.00.
The Mark Forrest Show goes out on 39 BBC Local Radio stations across England and the Channel Islands every evening.
Kind Regards,
Liv Walker
