Blackpool is developing it's long term plans to help thousands of struggling parents give their children the best start in life. These plans will look at services for babies and young children pre-birth up to age 4 to improve their language & communication, physical health & nutrition and their personal & emotional well-being. Key to these plans will be a systems change in the way local services are commissioned and funded in Blackpool. One Blackpool is launching a range of projects to help Blackpool's third sector prepare for, and engage with, this systems change. If your organisation, is working with parents and families with children pre-birth up to 4 years in Blackpool then please join us Wednesday 12 February 2014 to get news and updates on a Better Start in Blackpool PLUS find out more about the latest projects and bursaries available to your organisation.
