Just a reminder that the Blackpool Discretionary Support Scheme consultation will close on the 18th January 2013; see below for further details:

 

 'From April 2013 Community Care Grants and Crisis Loans which are currently administered by the Department for Work and Pensions will be abolished and will be replaced with local discretionary provision.

 Blackpool Council would like your views to help us develop a local Discretionary Support Scheme for Blackpool people. Please complete the survey that can be found by clicking on the highlighted link in this email.
