Together Lancashire is seeking to pool information on all church / faith projects in Blackpool. In the next three weeks you will be contacted by phone to answer a few simple questions. This should not take longer than ten minutes.
In order to collate the information we have devised a short questionnaire. This should be filled in for each social action project linked to your church. You may wish to ask a leader from each group to do this .
There are 3 ways of doing this please choose which is most convenient for you or your group leader.

2) one of our team of volunteers can work with you on a face to face interview basis.. or by phone
3) you can fill in a paper version, by printing out the attached file and returning it to us.
With your co-operation, we will create a network of helpful mutuality, sharing encouragement, and possible access to funding sources. We also aim to produce a ready source of information so that people in need can access help either directly, or through your signposting.
