Benefits Changes in Blackpool...

Having just checked Blackpool Council's website here http://www.blackpool.gov.uk/Services/A-F/BenefitChanges2013/

There appears to be a blank page.

So we contacted the Council who are very apologetic and say there will be useful information posted there as soon as they overcome technical problems.
